S.L.R. and Associates, founded by Steven Lyle Russell, operates as an independent brokerage firm in the business of arranging real estate secured financing for commercial projects as well as commerical business loan financing for small to medium size businesses.  We function as an intermediary between the borrower and the lender.

We provide financing for commercial and industrial income production properties.  Financing for construction, re-financing or purchase is available.  Commercial business loans for working capital, expansion, inventory and equipment are also available.

Our firm deals with many different lenders all across the United States.  We have established contacts within these companies and with a small amount of information upfront, we can ususally obtain a quick response from one or more of our lenders telling us if your project is feasable.
